Do you think if your company installed a GPS enabled fleet / vehicle tracking technology that it would affect moral and or cause employee retaliation?

NO WAY. The employees that complain or create an issue with this technology are the ones that need to go. We have cut our fuel cost by 30% after installing this technology.

No. I believe that it will be an incentive to encourage honest and truthful relationships. If the employees retaliate, then you know you have people working for you, who you shouldn't. Employees are a company's first customers, therefore they should take an active stake in helping their company become more efficent.

There will be positive and negative reactions initially, but once the system is in place, you will see positive results. You will really start to see who are the employees that are true assets and you will notice the negative reactions come from those that are worried you will see what they have really been doing.

Absolutly not. Besides the tracking feature, alerts for vehicle maintanance, and fuel usage tracking, the Roadside Assistance Plan Features are an excellent value. It is much more than a tracking system.
