Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc. Announces A Partial Relocation

Manassas, Virginia, December 7, 2000 - Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc. has announced today that it is leaving Old Town Manassas, at least in part. Falcon has experienced exponential growth in its business since moving to Old Town Manassas in 1997. Its staff has grown from 2 people in 1996 to over 40 today. The growth has been so dramatic that Falcon has decided to co-locate its location with Focuspoint, Inc. at 9500 Technology Drive in the City Of Manassas. Focuspoint, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc. today, and has an 18,000 square foot facility that can easily handle the needs of Falcon.

Falcon's president and CEO Creston M. Owen said, "The move from Old Town Manassas was a hard decision for us. Our entire company loves the atmosphere of the Old Town District. The ability to walk to lunch, shop in the stores and be a part of the revitalization of Old Town has been a major part of our company's success. The business friendly environment that the city offers made the decision to stay in the city an easy one."

This move comes amist other company changes. Falcon recently announced that it is formalizing the formation of a new division, which will be known as Falcon Wireless Solutions. Falcon Wireless Solutions will be relocating to its new home at 9017 Center Street, in Old Town Manassas. Falcon Wireless Solutions will be adding 3 to 5 people to its staff in the next few months.  Additionally, last year Falcon spun off its printing and graphics business and formed Falcon Graphic Solutions, Inc., which is located and will stay at 9321 West Street in Old Town Manassas.

Falcon President and CEO Creston M. Owen noted, "Our customers are the reason for this move and growth.
