AT&T selects Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc. as a local dealer for its wireless products

Manassas, Virginia, November 30, 2000 - Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc., has recently been selected as a dealer for AT&T Wireless Solutions, which compliments their existing wireless product line, Nextel. According to Chris Sweatt, General Manager of the wireless division, Falcon will offer the following AT&T Calling Plans: AT&T Digital One Rate Plan, AT&T Digital Advantage Plan, AT&T Regional Advantage Plan, and the AT&T Wireless $19.99 Plan. In addition to the aforementioned plans, Falcon will also make available the following phones: Nokia and Ericsson.

Sweatt says that although adding AT&T Wireless will increase Falcon's revenue in its wireless division by approximately 40 percent, profit was not their primary motivator. "It is all about providing the best solutions to our clients, all of our clients regardless of their telecommunications needs. Now that we are an authorized AT&T Wireless dealer, we are able to offer a strong wireless solution to customers that did not fit into the Nextel footprint."

Sweatt added "We believe that by expanding our wireless solution offerings to customers, more Northern Virginia businesses can take advantage of working in real time. The faster you send and receive information, the more productive and efficient you can be. AT&T Wireless Services has the tools you need now whether your business is small or large".

Falcon President and CEO Creston M. Owen noted, " By adding AT&T to our product line we will not only give our customers an option on the wireless needs, but also create more jobs. We intend to completely revamp our wireless division and add several more relationship managers and customer service representatives in the next few months."

In addition, Falcon recently announced that it is formalizing the formation of a new division, which will be known as Falcon Wireless Solutions. Falcon Wireless Solutions will be relocating to its new home at 9017 Center Street, in Old Town Manassas. Falcon Wireless Solutions will be adding 3 to 5 people to its staff in the next few months.
