Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc. staff expands 25% to handle recent growth in their telecommunications division

Manassas, Virginia, October 4, 1999 - Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc. this week announced an addition to the senior management team and a promotion within the company as part of its continuing expansion to keep pace with the explosive growth in their telecommunications division.

Gerald G. Pankey joins the Falcon staff as Director of Finance. A graduate of the University of Virginia in Economics, Mr. Pankey served as Vice President of Finance and Executive Vice President of Air Distributing Company of Manassas for 11 years and Vice President of Finance for Optical & Electronic Research Inc. in Reston prior to his tenure at ADCO. Beginning in the banking industry, Mr. Pankey brings extensive banking and financial management knowledge to Falcon. Falcon President and CEO, Creston M. Owen said, "Mr. Pankey fills a huge void at Falcon. Although our company continues to grow at 100% a year, an investment needed to be made in our accounting department. Mr. Pankey will bring the knowledge and know-how to keep Falcon on the proper financial track. We are excited about him being here."

Falcon President and CEO, Creston M. Owen, also announced the promotion of Patty Jeney, Falcon's General Manager to Vice President of Administration. "Patty has been a part of Falcon since the beginning and has been a major player in our growth and success. Patty will still head up our human resources department as well as provide project management to some of our largest clients. She has taken on numerous multi-faceted projects that have made it possible for us to take advantage of the huge growth we're experiencing in the telecommunications field. She's a tremendous asset to the corporation."

Mr. Owen said Falcon, a Platinum Preferred Comdial Dealer, has also added several new members to the technical staff. "We experienced huge growth in our telephone division during the third quarter and anticipate an even more explosive fourth quarter. We have one of the most highly trained and certified technical teams in the industry. Our goal is to always give our customers the best in service, from planning to installation, training and maintenance of their telephone system. We have also added three new vehicles to our service fleet to ensure prompt service to our clients."

Falcon recently became an Authorized Representative for Nextel Communications, Inc. and is providing Nextel's wireless communication service in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. "We see Nextel as the essential business tool. With its excellent digital clarity, Direct Connect two-way feature, integrated text and numeric as well as web and E-mail paging, cloning protection and security, Nextel is the leader in the wireless telecommunications field," said Mr. Owen.
