Falcon Communications Solutions Wins Prince William County Contract to supply GPS for Automotive Diagnostics

Manassas VA, May 5, 2009 – Falcon Communications Solutions, a full-service telecommunications management firm, announced on Monday (4 May) it has been awarded a contract to provide Networkfleet’s Wireless Global Positioning System to Prince William County. With a fleet of over 600 vehicles, Falcon will begin a phased installation approach with the county beginning in May 2009.

Networkfleet will be used to remotely monitor and track the activities of the county’s fleet for such things as speed data, emissions, idle times, vehicle location, diagnostics, and fuel consumption. The vehicles’ information is transmitted wirelessly to a network operations center and is available to view online in real time.
