"I just wanted to pass on a note saying how happy I am with the work that Steve did on his service call to our office. We called originally to have a patch block put in and to relocate a line into one of our offices, and he did the job very quickly and well (as have all the previous Falcon technicians that we've had out here from time to time, I might add). But while he was here, I thought I'd ask him about a couple of other things that have been on our wish list here for a while, and he got them done as well. One issue (expanding our system to add new line) was something that we've wanted for close to a decade, and he accomplished it in about 10 minutes. What's significant about this particular issue is - and I should qualify myself by saying I have very little idea about how a phone system actually works, so please pardon any technical inaccuracies here - the hardware and wiring for accomplishing this were already there but nothing had been marked, so all the previous technicians we've had in didn't think we could do what we wanted without new equipment and a relatively involved effort. Steve, on the other hand, got out his flashlight, looked in the works and saw the wiring, and got our problem solved. And he showed us how we can expand our system even further."
