My Plumber Heating and Cooling

I just wanted to thank you again for advising us to install GPS on our work vehicles. Since installation in November 2007, we have seen an increase in productivity, a decrease in down-time and an increase in profit. With the use of time sheets which are logged onto our software, and corresponding GPS reports which must match the time sheets, we have had a dramatic decrease in time spent at convenience stores, extra time spent at lunch, extra trips to supply houses and return trips to the shop. The GPS systems have aided in the detection and correction of problems which have allowed us to trim our costs. This has all added up to a tripling in our profits over the last two years.

Thank you for the excellent work performed at 9200 Church Street for Trinity Consulting, Inc. (Trinity) during late March and early April. As a technical company with a strong background in Information Technology, Trinity understands that very little can be taken for granted when planning and installing new network infrastructure. I wanted to personally write to let you know how impressed Heritage Financial was with your technician, Richard (unfortunately do not know his last name). When he arrived at our office yesterday we were literally in the middle of our switch from Verizon to Comcast. He not only corrected our issues, but also waited patiently while the very green Comcast tech fumbled with the wiring. Unfortunately Comcast failed to do the installation correctly even though Richard politely and patiently explained what needed to be done with the phone lines. Unlike Richard, Comcast was in a hurry to leave the office.
I want to commend Richard for his professionalism, courtesy and patience. When I realized that the system was not working correctly this morning I notified Comcast and Falcon.. Richard called back promptly and knew exactly how to resolve the issues. He offered to come in fix the problem that Comcast did not resolve.
Just wanted to pass these compliments on to you and Richard. He deserves recognition for what appears to be his “EVERYDAY COMMITMENT” to your customers.

I just wanted to pass on a note saying how happy I am with the work that Steve did on his service call to our office. We called originally to have a patch block put in and to relocate a line into one of our offices, and he did the job very quickly and well (as have all the previous Falcon technicians that we've had out here from time to time, I might add). But while he was here, I thought I'd ask him about a couple of other things that have been on our wish list here for a while, and he got them done as well. One issue (expanding our system to add new line) was something that we've wanted for close to a decade, and he accomplished it in about 10 minutes. What's significant about this particular issue is - and I should qualify myself by saying I have very little idea about how a phone system actually works, so please pardon any technical inaccuracies here - the hardware and wiring for accomplishing this were already there but nothing had been marked, so all the previous technicians we've had in didn't think we could do what we wanted without new equipment and a relatively involved effort. Steve, on the other hand, got out his flashlight, looked in the works and saw the wiring, and got our problem solved. And he showed us how we can expand our system even further."
